USPS First Class Shipping FREE World Wide on Orders $150 or more!

Packages are shipped within 48 hours, with track & confirm for all domestic orders. Please allow 10 business days for domestic purchases and no less than 45 business days for international orders. Please note, local USPS processing times differ package to package and tracking information could take 1 or more days, from the date of purchase, to update.

Insurance, Delivery Confirmation, Priority and Express mail are optional charges. If you would like to utilize any of these options, please contact dianne@spiritedheartstudio.com before completion of your purchase so your bill may be modified to reflect these changes. Delivery confirmation is not available for international orders unless when express shipping is purchased.

Spirited Heart Studio is not responsible for any customs fees associated with international deliveries. Please check with your local postal authorities concerning any customs regulations or duties that might be of note before completing your purchase.
